Warranty Policy

Should any product manufactured by OnBoard Research Corporation no longer perform as originally intended due to wear, workmanship or even accidental damage, return it to us postage prepaid, with a modest processing fee, and we will either repair or replace it at our option. In the event the product returned cannot be repaired and is no longer in production, OnBoard Research Corporation reserves the right to replace that product with a similar product. Batteries are not covered under this warranty.

If you require service for your OnBoard product, print this service request form. Return the completed form, the item for service, and the appropriate processing fee to the address listed on the service request form.

Please submit the exact amount, change will not be returned. Repairs will be shipped to the address provided using the carrier of our choice (i.e. USPS). If you require faster service using freight carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc., please call or email us so we can arrange the proper service to you. For Repairs outside of the U.S. and Canada, only Money Orders payable to OnBoard Research are accepted. When requesting freight service other than the United States Postal Service, the customer will be responsible for the carrier charges. OnBoard reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at any time and without notice. Batteries are not covered by this warranty.
